PMBJV is an SBA approved mentor-protégé 8(a) joint venture consisting of Baker Engineering, LLC (Protégé) and Pratt Miller (Mentor) offering government and private-sector clients a wide range of professional services, including program management, systems engineering and integration, manufacturing, lifecycle logistics, research and development, rapid prototyping, and test and development.
