PMBJV is an SBA approved mentor-protégé 8(a) joint venture specializing in program management, systems engineering and integration, manufacturing, lifecycle logistics, research and development, rapid prototyping, and test and development.

PMBJV is an SBA approved mentor-protégé 8(a) joint venture consisting of Baker Engineering, LLC (Protégé) and Pratt Miller (Mentor), with Baker Engineering being the current 8(a) participant.

PMBJV has the advantages of meeting Baker Engineering’s size/socio-economic classifications and combining the past performance/relevant experience of both Baker and Pratt Miller – allowing our customers to receive the utilization benefit of a 100% Tribally-owned 8(a) while combining the full capabilities, qualifications, and past performance of both companies into a seamlessly integrated team.
